We start with people, not the platform.
We come from HR, that is our home. Your people gain time for what matters, for critical thinking and real relationships, because the routine runs on AI. We work on your real tasks, not on slides, with or without prior knowledge.
Tool-independent · free AI tools are enough · includes Article 4 certificate (EU AI Act).
Most AI trainings end with a good intention and a set of slides. A few weeks later both have disappeared into a folder, and the working day runs as before.
This is not a technology problem. This is a behaviour problem.
We combine AI expertise with consumer psychology: we understand the technology and why people reject it. People do not change habits because they know something is better. They change them when the barriers are small enough and the motivation is strong enough, and in that order.
This idea is built into every Hill Digital training: what holds your team back? What has to move out of the way first, before a tool is actually used?
Uncertainty, perceived effort, resistance, lack of readiness. We clarify what stands in the way before we explain a tool. Pushing motivation before clearing the barrier is like pressing the accelerator with the handbrake on.
Only once obstacles are out of the way does motivation take hold for good. We use proven insights from behavioural economics to make AI adoption actually stick.
We work on your concrete routines. What you do by hand today runs in a system tomorrow. No demo, no slides, no generic examples.
Professionals have systems, amateurs settle for the tool. Most of your people already use AI, just hesitantly and rarely well. We turn that into a reliable approach that works on any model and holds up after the seminar too. The same method, two cuts: the general training for any team and the HR variant for people work. Each day consists of a morning (foundations) and an afternoon (your own AI helpers).
Professionals have systems. Amateurs settle for the tool.
Turning AI users into confident AI practitioners: understand how AI works, produce reliable results, handle data lawfully and build your own AI helpers.
What your team takes away
HR routine? The AI takes it on. Decisions stay human.
Your HR team uses AI for recruiting, onboarding and assessments, builds its own HR helpers and turns GDPR and the EU AI Act into routine instead of risk.
What your HR team takes away
And after that? Those who want to go further build their own AI agents (agent training) or move up to the professional/IT level with Claude Code & co. Both on request, in a short scoping call.
Discuss on request →Business Lead · Hill Digital · AI trainer & consumer psychologist
Master of Education, Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. A deep background in linguistics, semantics and consumer psychology. AI trainer at ARS, Austria's largest seminar provider, with solid training in sales and consumer psychology.
I combine AI expertise with consumer psychology: I understand the technology and why people reject it. When working with AI, it is the understanding of language and human behaviour that decides, not the choice of tool.
'I do not train anything I do not use myself every day.'
A training on why consumer psychology decides the success of technology, on the programme alongside:
'Creative, interactive methods and practical insights into consumer psychology.' Participant evaluation · rated as 'among the most transformative sessions'
President Dr Gjorge Ivanov presents the certificate
Every participant receives a Hill Digital certificate: the documented, auditable measure for meeting the AI literacy obligation under Article 4 of the EU AI Act. This obligation has applied since 2 February 2025 to every company that uses AI systems. Anyone who uses AI and does not train their team does not meet it.
Already mandatory. Not from 2026. Since 2 February 2025, the EU AI Act (Article 4) has required every company that uses AI to ensure its staff are sufficiently AI literate. This obligation already applies. Each of our trainings is the documented, auditable measure with which you meet it.
'Providers and deployers of AI systems shall take measures to ensure, to their best extent, a sufficient level of AI literacy of their staff …' — Article 4, AI Act (EU) 2024/1689
Open dates to book as an individual, or as in-house training for your team only. It does not matter who you book with: every date delivers the same training and concludes with the Article 4 certificate.
We agree the exact price with you on the call. We recommend the full day (morning + afternoon), for up to 12 participants; on request we split the training across two days. From 6 people we arrange the date and location exclusively with you, including the Article 4 certificate.
Half-day from 450 €, full day from 749 € per person (HR day from 849 €). The Boutique variant with a maximum of 6 people is more intensive (899 €, or 999 € in HR). All prices include the Article 4 certificate. In-house training for whole teams we clarify in a scoping call.
Both. On the same date, the morning (foundations) and the afternoon (your own AI helpers) can also be booked separately. The full day combines both and is cheaper than two separate half-days. The office day and HR work the same way.
No. The trainings are designed for participants with and without prior AI knowledge. Everyone joins at their own level, in any department, with or without an HR background.
No. The free versions of the common AI tools are enough for all the content. Only the advanced agent training (building your own AI agents) requires a subscription.
Data protection under GDPR and the requirements of the EU AI Act are a fixed part of it, in the HR training especially for candidate and personnel data. You work on your own accounts, your data stays with you. And what you learn transfers to any AI model: we train the approach, not a single tool.
Let us assess your situation briefly. Drop your email and we will get back to you with a recommendation, no strings attached.
Book an open date as an individual, or request in-house training for your team. We will get back to you with everything else.
The tools change. What you understand stays.
