Founded in Vienna

Hill HR Consulting opens as a family-run HR consultancy with the ambition to back personnel decisions with method, rather than gut feel.

1990s

Internationalisation

Expansion into Central European markets. Hill establishes itself as one of the most distinctive HR consultancies in the German-speaking region, with its own expertise.

2010s

Hill Woltron Management Partner

Merger into Hill Woltron Management Partner GmbH. Sharpening the profile around executive search, management audits and people development, methodically rigorous, personally tangible.

2025/26

Hill Digital

Deep HR assessment logic meets AI and automation. Hill Digital turns that into Recruiting, Onboarding and AI Training modules. Sovereign, EU-compliant, international.

Jakub Popluhar is listed as a trainer with ARS Akademie. There is no formal partnership between Hill Digital and ARS. What there is: an established distribution touchpoint in the Austrian further-education market, through which Hill Digital trainings are also accessible outside the in-house format.
